Processing Time Processing time takes 3–5 business days before shipment.. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update.

Large Items Gaming chairs and desks are large, heavy items. Delivery may require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
